At its Dec. 14 meeting the Austin Electricity Commission conducted routine business and approved a slate of consent items while pulling items 2, 4, 9 and 10 for discussion. The commission approved item 2 (extension of aggregate authority for rebate/incentive approvals across Austin Energy's portfolio), item 4 (approved after brief discussion), item 9 (contract amendment to address obsolete emissions-monitoring hardware at Sand Hill and Decker Creek), and item 10 (transmission interconnection for the Jupiter Power 100 MW/4-hour battery). The chair recused from item 10 due to an employer conflict.
