Following the public hearing, the commission received short updates from two internal working groups. Commissioner Sullivan said the artificial-turf working group will circulate meeting dates to members; Vice Chair Bristol reported the Dogs Head working group had met twice and formed a subcommittee to broaden stakeholder participation, with the next subcommittee meeting scheduled for Aug. 25.
