Board discusses Well Rescue Plan Act and manure-spreading impacts on county roads
Chairman Jerry Duden explained the Well Rescue Plan Act and gave a copy to Mary Anne Wise for community distribution. Supervisors said that with road bans lifted, manure truck staging has increased near County Rd S/CC; John Danneker reported observing up to three trucks per minute and said 11 farms plan to spread about 1,100 acres.
