At the May 12, 2025 Maiden Rock board meeting, resident Judy Krohn distributed a notice from GROWW notifying attendees of a May 29, 2025, 6:30–8:00 p.m. information session at Bay City Village Hall about a challenge to the Ridge Breezes expansion permit. Judy told the board and attendees that GROWW had circulated materials related to the permit challenge.
