On Jan. 8, 2025, the Cole County Commission approved and signed a memorandum of understanding with the Sheriff's Revolving Fund. The minutes record that Commissioner Jeff Hoelscher made the motion and Commissioner Harry Otto seconded; the motion passed by a unanimous vote.
