The Cole County Commission on Jan. 8, 2025, voted to approve and sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Recorder of Deeds. Commissioner Jeff Hoelscher moved for approval and Commissioner Harry Otto seconded; the motion passed with a recorded unanimous vote.
