The Star Valley Ranch Town Council received an update on an application from the Star Valley Ranch Association to replat and rezone multiple lots adjacent to the pool and basketball courts. The council was told the association previously combined lots by plat amendment and is now pursuing rezoning of the newly configured lot (new lot number 133). The planning commission reviewed the application and the documentation; notices were mailed to residents within 300 feet in August and staff reported no written objections had been received by the Oct. 1 deadline.
