Administrator Aikin said the meter bid from Cori (vendor) for residential meters and the wireless reading network was higher than expected. "It came in 544,000," Aikin said, noting the figure covered meters, the wireless network, software, training and support; installation was excluded because the town planned to install the meters with its own crew.
