Working group asks city auditor to brief commission on complaint-handling capacity

Commissioner Lowe updated the commission on the working group reviewing the Ethics Review Commission's complaints process. He said the group is trying to secure a representative from the city auditor's office to brief the commission at its October meeting and to talk through how the auditor's office might assist with investigatory functions the commission cannot perform in-house.
