Planning Commission substitutes Vice Chair Haney for Maxwell on Dog's Head working group

The commission moved to change membership of the Dog's Head Working Group, removing Commissioner Maxwell and adding Vice Chair Haney. The chair described the current membership and proposed the substitution: "We're going to substitute commissioner Maxwell out and put vice chair Haney in if you are in agreement, vice chair." The chair made the motion and Commissioner Bedrosian seconded; the chair announced the motion passed "without objection."
