The Resource Management Commission approved the formation of two joint working groups with the Electric Utility Commission: one focused on local solar and storage permitting processes and another on long-term storage. Commissioner Silverstein explained the groups will include RMC and EUC members, stakeholder representatives and staff, meet once a month virtually for two hours and aim to deliver initial progress within three months and tangible work products within six.
