Commissioner Menard said the Housing Investment Review Committee (HERC) has not yet finalized recommendations on development projects and indicated the committee will not make final votes until an October 22 meeting. For that reason, Menard asked the CDC to postpone discussion of specific HERC projects to a future CDC meeting.
