Commissioners discussed the downtown density bonus program and the need to coordinate phase 2 engagement with the Design Commission and Planning Commission. The working-group lead recommended delaying a Warner Cook briefing until the engagement strategy requested by District 9 is available; he then asked staff to reiterate the request and schedule Warner Cook for September.
