After a public hearing that drew numerous written objections and several in-person opponents, the committee approved a Special Exception Permit for Leann Frydrych to initially place a camper on Government Lot 1 (Section 17, Town of Lake) with intent to build a future home. The original proposal listed a 30-foot setback to the centerline of Nehiba Road; committee action amended that to 35 feet before approval.
