Stephen D. Bear told the boards that county staff are awaiting information from the engineer so they can finalize an agreement with the Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) and put Lot 10 out to bid. Jessica DeHart added that two grants are involved: one Go Virginia grant administered by UVA Wise and a Business Ready Site Program grant; with the revised project timelines staff will request extensions for those grants.
