Several speakers used public comment on April 27 to press the council for more information about the borough’s River Road redevelopment plan. Val Clark said the consultant’s report felt recycled from prior work and noted there was "no mention of the existing known contamination on River Road," offering to share a 2019 seller disclosure report.
