At its May 11 meeting the Chatham Borough Council approved a temporary capital budget, amended local fees, adopted minutes, passed the consent agenda, and introduced bond/capital ordinances (26-10: $2,628,570; 26-11: $305,000; 26-12: $18,000) for second reading on May 26.
