The Epworth City Council approved Resolution #21-2025 to set Oct. 22, 2025 as the date for a public hearing on designation of the Epworth Expanded Urban Renewal Area and on an amendment to the Urban Renewal Plan. The motion was made by Dana Nadermann, seconded by Karen Conrad, and passed with four ayes.
