The council approved Final Pay Application #6 for the 2025 Street Improvement Project (motion by Mitch McDermott; second Dan Wilgenbusch), and then adopted Resolution #23-2025 accepting the completed work. The council also adopted the assessment schedule and approved Resolution #24-2025 adopting the Final Assessment Schedule and approving Notice of Final Assessments; each motion recorded ayes (5).
