After hours of public testimony and expert comment on the proposed amendments to the Dallas Housing Resource Catalog (DHRC), the City Council voted Feb. 25 to separate (divide) the homebuyer assistance element from the larger package and approve that portion while sending the remaining policy changes back to the housing committee for further vetting.
