Cutler Memorial Library Board of Trustees voted April 1, 2025, to recommend that the St. Louis City Council accept MCD Architects' Fee Proposal for a Space Utilization Study and a Master Plan (Rev‑March 27, 2025). The recommendation followed a review of sample deliverables, portfolios of previous library projects and librarian recommendations.
