The Epworth City Council on April 8 approved the second reading of a Garbage and Solid Waste code amendment and then voted to waive the third reading, with both actions passing 5-0. Councilmember Dana Nadermann moved for the second reading; Councilmember Karen Conrad seconded. Council later moved and approved waiving the third reading.
