The Board of Trustees of the T. A. Cutler Memorial Library reviewed a proposal from MCD Architects for a Space Utilization Study and creation of a master plan but voted to postpone further action. Sue Vibber moved to table the proposal; Robin Hart seconded, and the motion passed.
