Mayor Dennis Clemetson called the Dexter City Council to order May 22 and the council voted to move into closed session under "Iowa Code, Chapter 21.5, Section i." Council Member Warrior moved to enter the closed session and Council Member England seconded; the record lists a roll-call vote with Aye from Cope, England and Warrior.
