Commissioners authorize five-year sole-source contract for Northern Bristol County Registry software

The Bristol County Commissioners voted to authorize Register of Deeds Barry J. Amaral to enter into a five-year contract with Avenu Insights & Analytics, LLC for software maintenance of the Northern Bristol County Registry of Deeds recording system. The authorization was made upon motion of Commissioner John T. Saunders and seconded by Commissioner Julie K. Ruggiero; the board recorded the contract as a sole-source procurement based on the proprietary nature of the registry's recording software and a price quote dated March 20, 2025.
