The Dexter City Council moved into a closed session during its May 20, 2025, meeting after a motion by Council Member Morehouse, seconded by Warrior, citing Iowa Code Chapter 21.5, section i; the minutes record a roll-call listing Morehouse, Warrior and Easter. At 6:00 p.m. Easter moved to end the closed session, Morehouse seconded and the minutes record that all voted aye.
