At the end of the meeting a commissioner moved to enter executive session under Ohio Revised Code 121.22(G)(1) to consider the appointment, employment or compensation of a public employee. The motion passed on a recorded roll call (named commissioners voted yes). The board later reconvened by motion and recorded roll call votes to exit the executive session and then moved to adjourn.
