The Newfields Public Safety Building Committee approved language and a timetable for a request for proposals (RFP) covering environmental surveys and wetland delineation for the proposed public safety site. A committee member said the RFP should list required deliverables and ask bidders for a timeline; “get your survey done, get the wetlands delineated,” the member said, setting expectations that initial fieldwork could take six to eight weeks.
