Supervisor Bryan Ziegler moved to authorize a Group Health Renewal Prior Authorization Program at the Sept. 22 meeting, which the board said will produce savings of $34,751 to the county. Vice Chair Carrie Teninty seconded the motion and the board recorded "All ayes."
