The Exira City Council voted to approve Resolution 24.19, authorizing issuance of a $1.2 million Essential Corporate Purpose Note Series 2024A. Mark Paulsen moved the resolution, Dwight Jessen seconded, and the roll call vote recorded each councilor voting aye.
