The Exira City Council voted to adopt Resolution 25.05, authorizing a temporary construction easement. Councilmember Clark Borkowski moved the measure and Mark Paulsen seconded; a roll-call vote was recorded with Paulsen, Borkowski and Mayor Pro-Tempore Nathan Wahlert voting aye, and the resolution passed.
