The Dakota County Board of Equalization on March 2, 2026 approved a Referee Agreement with Innovative Appraisal Service, Inc. to serve as certified appraisers (referees) for residential and commercial property valuation protests for 2026. Compensation for the referee appointments will be paid from the General Miscellaneous Fund as recorded in the meeting minutes.
