Two residents, Cindy Morgan Anderson and Emmet Albenesius, appeared before the Dakota County Board to register opposition to a proposed Knife River project along Highway 110 and stated their reasons. Knife River Midwest, LLC representative Chris Winkel presented the company's proposal and a supporting PowerPoint.
