County Assessor Christy Abts presented an agreement with Cardinal Assessment Group, LLC to perform Dakota County's six-year rural property review. Commissioner Jeffrey Reed moved to approve the agreement and Commissioner Brian Van Berkum seconded; the board approved the contract by roll-call vote.
