Council approved a comprehensive parking study (Carroll Engineering, not to exceed $41,800), approved a CDBG change order reallocating savings to sidewalks, ADA and landscaping for Jefferson & Lemon Streets, and awarded the 2026 road program to AF Damon Company for $130,920.
