Classified staff and SCA leadership told the board they continue to experience recurring payroll problems, including incorrect deductions, PERS amounts not matching remittances to the state, and HSA payments not posted correctly. An SCA speaker said the district has "had a lot of payroll issues for, like, past 6 years," and staff described the work of checking paychecks each month as an added burden.
