The task force deferred a decision on whether self-contained recreational vehicles (RVs) may be used for seasonal or harvest housing on cultivation sites, instructing staff to return with clearer definitions and criteria. Staff explained current zoning limits: RVs and temporary dwellings are permitted only in campgrounds or as temporary dwellings tied to construction or where a major use permit has allowed farm-worker housing.
