The University Heights Board of Adjustment selected David Deyak to serve as chair and approved the minutes of the July 21, 2025 meeting by unanimous consent during its March 30, 2026 session. City Attorney Steve Ballard called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the record lists board members David Deyak, Marianne Jones, Sheryl Neuzil, Sheila Pinter and Sharyn Reitz as present; no members were absent.
