Staff presented amendment 3b to realign an unimproved segment of Barker Cypress Road and delete a nearby unnamed north–south minor collector. Petra Sharp said the realignment would preserve a regional north–south connection, support future residential development, and provide continuity with existing approved alignments to the south. Staff recommended approval after coordination with Harris County.
