During the Model Traffic Code discussion, council members requested clearer track changes and explanations for deletions. Several sections of the model code had been removed or altered, and council members asked why the local version diverged from the model. Staff acknowledged the track-change version was incomplete in places and agreed to provide a fuller redline before first reading.
