Rowley MLP solar program reaches 39 residential systems and its first commercial array

General Manager Matthew Brown told commissioners that the municipal solar program now has 39 residential systems enrolled and that the utility expects to reach 40 installations by the start of summer. He also said the MLP has its first commercial array connected to the system.
