The council approved Resolution #899 on Aug. 10 to transfer funds from the Security State Bank Library Endowment Earnings Savings Account into the Security State Bank Checking Account. Councilmember Chad Ball moved the resolution and Councilmember Adan Reischauer seconded; the roll call recorded Ayes — Paxton, Bahr, Reischauer and Ball; Tracey Rieks was absent.
