Committee backs Amendment No.1 with MGT Impact Solutions for Title IV‑O services

Commissioner Brad Haggadone moved, with support from Commissioner Bryan Zender, to recommend approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Master Services Agreement dated Oct. 1, 2024, with MGT Impact Solutions, LLC. The amendment, as described in the motion, includes an annual fee of $15,000, $650 per authorized client user per year, and a one‑time onboarding fee of $700 for Title IV‑O claiming services, CRP application preparation, depreciation schedule maintenance for purchases of $5,000 or more, CRP audit assistance, and related technical assistance.
