Clerk (speaker 3) briefed the council on the 2027 budget preparation schedule and asked members to notify the mayor and clerk early if they cannot attend. "Everybody should have their meeting calendar. If you are not going to make any of these meetings, the mayor and I need to know as soon as possible," the clerk said, then listed tentatively scheduled forums for October 5 and October 19 at 7 p.m.
