Permitting to move online under county system; fee schedule changes expected

Butler staff told commissioners they are preparing to adopt the county’s ILP permitting platform to allow online permit applications and administrative processing. The planner said he has collected roughly 20 years of permit records to load into the system and described a phased roll-out to work out initial issues. "Ultimately, what we would like is where people ... software allows them to apply for a permit online," the planner said.
