Seward County commissioners voted to enter executive session twice during a short Sept. 21 work session to discuss legal consultation on the Thresher Wind Project proposal identified in the transcript as CU2025-02. A committee member moved that the commission "enter into executive session ... for the purpose of attorney client privilege, legal consultation under KSA 75 dash 43 1 9 b 2 regarding Thresher Wind Project" and the motion was seconded; the Chair called the vote and recorded it as "Motion passes 5 0."
