Ken Smith presented the council with a completed draft of the town's comprehensive plan, stating, "we have completed a draft copy of the comprehensive plan." He said the document contains 13 sections and is about 150 pages long and asked whether members preferred hard copies or an electronic version; members asked for electronic copies to be emailed for review.
