Council members debated moving accounting and ledger functions to a cloud vendor after staff presented quotes from several providers. Staff recommended NetResults as the cloud option that best fit the town's needs; the vendor's quoted implementation/setup and first-year package for the town was presented as $6,500 for the remainder of 2026 and all of 2027. "NetResults was really the only one that had a cloud option," a staff member said, noting lower total costs and less training/ conversion expense compared with other vendors.
