Board approves Net Results software to replace legacy billing workflow
Board voted to buy Net Results, a cloud-based billing and utility-management system quoted at about $6,500 a year; the decision followed a review of competitive bids and a June 30 pricing incentive with the incumbent.

The board voted to buy Net Results as its next billing and utility-management software after staff reviewed four vendors and recommended the cloud-based product as the most cost-effective option. "My recommendation to you is a company called Net Results," the staff member said, adding the product would import data from MuniLink and cost about $6,500 a year.
