The Historic and Design Review Commission on Sept. 16 approved the bulk of a 13-item consent agenda covering signage, lighting and minor exterior work, with staff stipulations attached. Chair Jay Maurice Gibbs opened the hearing, and staff noted that approved applicants will receive certificates of appropriateness by email within 10 days.
